Harvest Classic Preparation
We had a great two months of practice leading up to this weekend! Please review our terminology and playbooks for both offense and defense.
Reps: Today, let's make sure we make it out to a field and get some reps in leading into Sunday. Light shooting and dodging get the hands and feet moving, and defensively, some stickwork and agility drills are needed to get our legs back under us. These reps go a long way!
Health: You guys are high-performing athletes; we must treat our bodies like this! Starting tonight, make sure we properly hydrate. Stay away from fast food. GET YOUR SLEEP!
