TRYOUT STRUCTURE

  • Program tryouts are open to all players, current and prospective. Each grade level tryout totals 90 minutes.

  • Late summer tryouts will be held for players who cannot attend our traditional Program Tryouts. Conflict dates will be announced in late July.

BOYS HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAM

SouthShore High School Lacrosse operates in the Summer, Fall, and Winter seasons and focuses on player development and exposure to high-level competition. Team members will be asked to commit to our fall and summer practice and tournament schedule.  Fall opportunities are strongly encouraged, but not mandatory. We do appreciate the fact that many of our players are participating in other sports that may pose potential conflicts with our fall and winter schedule.  

Each team member will receive the following as part of their club fees:

FALL 2024

  • September / October: 6-8 Fall Practices

  • October: Fall Recruiting Discussion

  • November: 3-4 Fall Recruiting Tournaments


SUMMER 2025

  • Summer Recruiting Seminar

  • 10 Team Practices (Tuesday and Thursday Evenings)

  • 4 Tournaments

  • Preseason Compete Day

  • Team Uniform and Shooting Shirt

  • Recruiting Seminars & Assistance

  • Individual Player ConnectLax Accounts
