Coach Flexon has been involved in lacrosse for the better part of two decades as a high school player, college athlete, and coach.  He began his career at St. Augustine Prep as a defender for the first sanctioned team in 2001.  Upon graduating in 2003, he attended Kings College 07' and Lamar University 17'.  As a four-year starter, Coach Flexon finished his career as a leader in groundballs and offensive points as a defender.  While attending, he was honored with being named to the Middle Atlantic Conferences All-Academic Team and his senior year concluded with being named the Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year in 2007.

Coach Flexon returned to NJ and was hired in the fall of 2007 to join the St. Augustine Lacrosse coaching staff as a Freshman and JV coach.  He doubled as a Defensive coach for the varsity team as well.  In 2008 he joined the SouthShore coaching staff as a defensive coach.  Throughout the years, he has played an integral part in bringing youth teams to SouthShore, while taking a role as the Youth Director.  In 2011 he became the assistant coach for the Hermits Varsity team as the defensive coordinator, where he still remains today.  

Earning a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and minor in Mathematics, as well as a Master's degree in Digital Learning and Leading, Coach Flexon is the Academic Innovations and STEM Coordinator for the Harrison Twp School District in Mullica Hill, NJ. As an educator, Coach Flexon is well-known in the community while also earning many accolades as a Curriculum Writer and Workshop Presenter for his district.  Coach “Flex” as many call him, also has a passion for fitness as he helps coordinate the Hermits Lacrosse weightlifting and conditioning programs.  He currently resides in Washington Twp with his wife, Nicole, two children, Carter and Reese, and their dog, Knox.
